reliance wipod 4g : another scam to cheat poor indians.
i was using reliance wipod 3g service (postpaid), the coverage was poor but i was getting 40 gb data for 1145 ( including service tax), speed was very unstable and network coverage was poor so i was ok because of such cheap data.
then the reliance jio came so i decided to buy the new dongle which reliance was providing and i was told that the same plan will continue and your old dongle will stopo working in a month and the new one will start working . it took like 3 months for the new dongle to start and in these 3 months the 3g speed was pathetic but i thought they are upgrading the network so i managed . anyhow from 9th august they started the new 4g dongle even though the speed was not like 4g speed but i was ok as it was cheap
suddenly on 18 th august my new 4g dongle was not working i complained on *355 and they told it's a temporary issue will be sorted out in few hours i said ok even though service is bad the amount of data is good.
>then on 20th again the dongle stopped working and for my friend also , and i got a bill of 2500 something which is the twice of what i am supposed to get , in which it is mentioned they have changed my plan from unlimted 40 gb to 3 gb for rs 700 and the extra bill is due to over usage of the data ,
i was in shock how a company can change my plan and overcharge me without informing me . then I searched in google and found out that i am not the only one but there's many people like me who are facing the same issue .
so reliance I bought your 3g dongle and you people told that u will get same plan in 4g at least for 6 months and ur 3g dongle with stop working so I bought the 4g dongle. and waited for the 4g dongle to start. with poor speed in 3g dongle because of 4g upgrade, 3g dongle did not worked for days but you had the excuse that you are upgrading to 4g. the moment 4g started just after 10 days you changed my postpaid plan without informing and sent a hefty bill. so if a company is selling its device where they do not have the right to change plans that too without informing. that too charge for over usage without informing. plan chnaged from 1000 for 40 gb to 700 for 3 gb as if they are giving 5g. it was not enough they charged me for over usage so I used like 7 or 8 gb I got bill of 2500 and after that they stopped my dongle too before due date. charging cost of futuristic 5g for pathetic 4g which never gives speeds comparable to 3g also .
so , reliance i trusted in u and made many of my friends in my company to choose reliance wipod and other service , so they have lost a customer and not only a simple customer but the one who used to spread good words about reliance , now it is going to be opposite as they made an enemy for lifetime .
one thought comes to mind Honesty is rare gift cannot be expected from the cheater company like reliance , and they think they have managed to fool us but someday people will get frustrated and company will see its end and i hope that day comes very soon.
